In the afternoon of July 29, Zhong Sheng, secretary of CPC Baoying County Committee as well as director of the Standing Committee of Baoying County People's Congress met with Chris, the president of U.S. EMS Company and compared notes on the matters of mutual concern. Gu Changrong, vice county chief, Edward, operation director of EMS and leaders of relevant departments were present in the meeting.

In the meeting Zhong Sheng firstly extended warm welcome to Chris and then said: just on the second day of Baoying Avenue opened to traffic, we embrace the distinguished guests from EMS, and it is expected that Baoying Avenue would tie Baoying and EMS more closely. Zhong Sheng continued to say: as Chinese domestic demand is further increasing and the manufacturing industry is still in the beginning, material industry is greatly needed, which thus provides great opportunity for EMS, the global supplier of high-end materials. As Baoying is increasingly improving its environment for development, it is expected that EMS could pay more attention to China and Baoying. Tom, president of Sensata Technologies and Liu Luanhong, president of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited, made investigations in Baoying in search of new projects for investment after they arrived at Baoying not long before, which may serve as timely boost of confidence for EMS in investment in Baoying. Finally, Zhong Sheng indicated that through this visit it is hoped that EMS could further formulate their plans on investment in Baoying, and they would provide high quality services in terms of human resources.
