In the morning of July 28, Baoying Avenue has been widened and opened to traffic. Wen Daocai, vice mayor of Yangzhou City, cut the ribbon in the opening ceremony and declared the road was opened to traffic. In addition, Thomas, president of Sensata Technologies, Liu Luanhong, president of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited, as well as county leaders including Zhong Sheng, Zhang Yaowu, Han Guozhu, Zhou Yubao, Qin Youfang, Chen Jinrong, Wang Youfang, Zhu Songhua, Jiang Tao and Zhai Shigao, attended the ceremony and cut the ribbon. Hou Chenghai, member of the standing committee of Baoying County and vice county chief, presided over the meeting.

Zhang Yaowu, vice secretary of Baoying County Committee and the Head of Baoying County, delivered the speech, during which he stated that reconstruction of the first road in Baoying County is one of the biggest policies ever made by the leaders of Baoying County Committee and Baoying County Government based on the actual demand of people, with the purpose of constructing Baoying County into a beautiful homeland and bolstering the image of Baoying County. After over four months of construction, a magnificent road spreads out before us, which is characterized by convenient transportation, ecological feature and fantastic landscape and modern charm. Since the commencement of the construction, numerous people and units devote themselves into the project: our county puts the interests of its citizens at the first place; the construction team go all out in work together; concerned departments are integrated and coordinated with each other; and the people along the road all respond actively and take the interests of the whole into account, jointly writing a song of unity and cooperation. Baoying Avenue, a benchmark project, is the demonstration of efficiency and also the demonstration of the diligent work by numerous workers in the first line despite of difficulties. They demonstrate the spirit of Baoying in a new era with their actions and create the miracle of "Baoying Speed". The project is also a standardized project, ready to accept the supervision the community and with all the construction groups bearing the concept of "quality is above everything" in mind, thus guaranteeing the quality of the project. Thus in this way Baoying Avenue has really become a road of high standard and high quality.

In the ceremony, Zhou Yubao, vice secretary of Baoying County Committee, publicized the award to the project issued by Baoying County Committee and County Government; meanwhile, Thomas, the representative of distinguished guests and the president of Sensata Technologies, delivered a speech. Cai Jinzhong, vice director of command of Baoying Avenue widening project introduced the project situations in the ceremony.

Chen Ping, vice director of management department of Jiangsu Provincial Beijing-Shanghai Highway Corporation (Yangzhou), Xia Licheng, president of Baosheng Group, Lu Zhiyun, president of Xunda Electromagnetic Wire Co., Ltd., Shen Hanting, representative of senior carders, Du Deqiang, a model worker, Xu Naiping, representative of the workers of Baoying Avenue as well as Zhu Chuncai, the representative of citizens, jointly cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony.
