On the afternoon of April 20, Zhong Sheng had a cordial meeting with Fu Dewei, the COO of EMS (Engineered Materials Solutions) as well as the chairperson of EMS Special Alloy Co., Ltd. and Kevin, the CFO of EMS. Gu Changrong, the deputy magistrate, Xia Licheng, the chairperson of Baosheng Group and some leaders in charge of the Office of Party Committee of Baoying County and the Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation were present on the meeting.

After carefully listening to Fu Dewei’s introduction to the development of EMS Alloy Co., Ltd., Zhong Sheng said it was our honor to have the world-famous EMS settled in Baoying. The local government has been trying to further strength the good cooperative relationship with EMS. Not long ago we had a preliminary communication with the concerned people in charge of EMS Alloy Co., Ltd. and both parties have found new progress in cooperation.

Zhong Sheng said since the financial crisis, China’s economy had entered a period of new-round development and there was a great demand and market for new materials. He hoped that EMS would seize the opportunities and purchase new equipment and develop new products to exploit market and make it stronger. More new products should be launched in Baoying, supporting many more domestic enterprises as well as Sensata.

Zhong pointed out that the foreign companies in cooperation with Baoying were developing with a sound momentum. Recently the people in charge of those companies have expressed wishes for further deepened cooperation with Baoying. We would establish a specialized institution jointly in the charge of some concerned department and a leader from the county government, providing “point to point” customized service for enterprises like yours. We expected EMS to introduce more supporting enterprises into Baoying so as to start a new chapter for the future cooperation.

Fu Dewei appreciated the local government’s care and support to EMS. He said EMS had achieved success for all to see with the care and support of Baoying Government over the past five years. This year the company introduced new equipment and launched composite metal products. He also expressed that EMS would continue to increase its investment in China - a huge and important market to EMS and he wished a happy cooperation with Baoying in the future. (Zhu Yun).
