Project Introduction |
With the deepening advancement of strong and smart
grid, the industry of power transmission and transformation is faced with
unprecedented opportunities. Insulators are widely applied in power system,
commonly seen in buses of external insulation, overhead transmission lines,
power plant and substations, as well as exterior live conductor of various
electrical appliances. |
Main Content and Scale |
It is planned to purchase one-time injection molding
and large-sized composite insulators production facilities, in order to
produce 500kV and above extra-high voltage and large-tonnage composite
insulators, with up to CNY300 million of sales newly added. |
Estimated Total Investment |
CNY 100 million, including CNY 80 million in fixed
assets. |
Economic Benefits |
After the designed capacity is achieved, it is
expected to achieve CNY300 million of annual sales and CNY 40 million of
profits. The project should be completed in one year and the expected payback
period is 3 years. |
Investment Mode |
Joint venture. Yangzhou Shuangbao Electrical
Equipment Co. Ltd., as the earliest specialized manufacturer in research and
production of composite insulators and related series of products, has
developed 500KV and 800KV high voltage composite insulators whose main
technological indicators come up to an international advanced level, and the
insulators have passed the accreditation organized by China Electricity
Council. It is expected to bring in investors and purchase large-sized production
facilities with the purpose of expanding the production capacity and seizing
the market based on current production technologies. |
