Project Introduction

With the deepening advancement of strong and smart grid, the industry of electrical cables and transformers is faced with unprecedented development opportunities. With the expanding market of electrical wires and cables, and transformer in the coming years, it is expected that the cooper band will be in great demand. 

Main Content and Scale

It is designed to bring in key production equipments, including roughing mill, finishing mill, cutting machine and finishing machine, and supporting facilities of continuous casting of copper band, belly-type bright annealing furnace. It is also to implement the copper band project in the application of wires and cables and transformers with annual production capacity reaching 20000 tons.   

Estimated Total Investment

CNY400 million, including CNY 250 million in fixed assets.

Economic Benefits

After reaching the designed capacity, it is expected to achieve CNY1.2 billion of annual sales and CNY 100 million of profits. The project should be completed in one year and the expected payback period is 3 years.

Investment Mode

①Sole proprietorship. The construction project is located at Power Transmitting and Transforming Equipment (Smart Grid) Industrial Park or Italy Industrial Park in Baoying County.

②Joint venture. The cooperation partner is Baosheng Group, which is a large state-owned enterprise specialized in  the production of electrical products, including electrical wires and cables of 500kV and below, electrical cable materials, transformers and switch cabinets. The company was elected into one of Chinese top 500 companies, Chinese 500 top manufacturing companies, and Chinese top 500 mechanical companies successively.
