Project summary: the project is to product large-power high voltage frequency conversion and timing products of 2500KW and above by comprehensively adopting relevant technologies including computer technology, power electronic technology, automatic control technology and information technology, etc. The high voltage frequency conversion and timing products have huge market demand in China, being widely used for power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and paper-making industries.

Main Content and Scale

Main content and scale: to purchase production equipment, test equipment and software; to build standard workshop, power module load test lab and entire machine load test lab as well as relevant supporting facilities, etc. Once the project is launched for production, the production scale can reach annual output of 100 sets of large-power high voltage frequency conversion and timing systems.

Estimated Total Investment

Total investment of the project: the total investment is CNY100 million, and investment in fixed assets CNY80 million.

Economic Benefits

Economic profit: after the project is launched for production, the estimated annual sale will be CNY150 million, and net profit CNY30 million. The construction period of the project is 1 year, and it is estimated that investment cost will be returned in 3 years.

Investment Mode

Ways of investment: ① solely foreign investment. The place for construction is the Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment (Smart Grid) Industrial Park or the Italy Industrial Park.

②Joint venture cooperation. The partner will be Baosheng Group, which is a large-scale state-owned enterprise specialized in the manufacture of electric products including wires and cables of 500Kv and below, cable materials and transformers, and switch cabinets, etc. The enterprise has been elected as one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises, top 500 manufacturers of China and top 100 mechanical industry of China successively.
