Project summary: the automation system for intelligent power use covers technologies of various respects such as digital communication, intelligent meter, intelligent collection and bidirectional crosslink and demander’s response, etc., being technological cluster that intersects computer application technology, modern communication technology, advanced measurement technology, control theory and image visualization, etc. According to the development strategies of state smart grid and the current situation and tendency of development of intelligent electronics industry, it is planned to build main station of intelligent power automation system, intelligent terminal and ammeter, etc. suitable for the requirements of smart grid.

Main Content and Scale

Main content and scale: to purchase production equipment and software to build production line of intelligent equipment, test lab for intelligent terminals and relevant supporting devices, etc. Once the project is launched for production, the production scale can reach annual output of 10 sets of main stations of intelligent power automation system, 1,000 sets of power collection management system terminals, 5,000 sets of load management terminals and 300,000 intelligent ammeters, etc.

Estimated Total Investment

Total investment of the project: the total investment is CNY120 million, and investment in fixed assets CNY90 million.

Economic Benefits

Economic profit: after the project is launched for production, the estimated increase of annual sale will be CNY200 million, and net profit CNY36 million. The construction period of the project is 2 years, and it is estimated that investment cost will be returned in 3 years.

Investment Mode

Ways of investment: ① solely foreign investment. The place for construction is the Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment (Smart Grid) Industrial Park or the Italy Industrial Park.

②Joint venture cooperation. The partner will be Baosheng Group, which is a large-scale state-owned enterprise specialized in the manufacture of electric products including wires and cables of 500Kv and below, cable materials and transformers, and switch cabinets, etc. The enterprise has been elected as one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises, top 500 manufacturers of China and top 100 mechanical industry of China successively.
