Centering the county, Baoying has formed a county-around economy circle with the planning area of 120 square kilometers which is made up of the following zones and parks: Jiangsu Baoying Economic development Zone, Jiangsu Baoying Lake Organic Agriculture Development Zone, Italian (Jiangsu) Industrial Park, Anyi Industrial Park, South County Industrial Park, Jiangsu Genggeng Industrial Park, Taiwan-funded Industrial Park, West County Industrial Park. The lines of power, water, road, wastewater drainage, broadband, Cable TV, telecommunication has connected based on natural height level. Each town established its industrial park with their own characteristics. Three professional parks of power transmission and transformer equipment (Intelligent Network), pumps, valves & Tubes and pressure vessels, and organic food production are being given planning and construction. At the same time, to encourage and support the accelerated development of key foreign-funded enterprises, 3 business parks of Sensata Supporting Industrial Park, Junsheng Science & Technology Park, Yanlord Industrial Park has been planned to construct.

The province-level economic park, Jiangsu Baoying Economic Zone lies in the east of the county, close to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. Its planning area is 50 square kilometers. Four industrial sections of electromechanical instrument, green pharmaceutical food, light textile, and a business-starting sector have been established in the county. 350 projects have been brought into the zone.

It was founded by the cooperative effort of Italian Pirellis Company, Jiangsu Beijing-Shanghai Expressway Co., Ltd., Baosheng Group and Baoying municipal government. Located in the northern part of Baoying and being adjacent to Baosheng Group, the park has the planning area of 10 square kilometers, mainly bringing in and developing Hi-Tech industries of cables, cable materials, electronic appliances, electronic information, etc. A 100-million project on compound metal material which is wholly invested by American EMS Company, was set in the park.

relying on Baosheng Cable City (Italian Industrial Park), it makes extension to the north and east with the total planned land area of 6,000 mu. It is positioned to attract and load major projects of power transmission and transformer (Intelligent Network) business chain and electronic information projects.

It is planned to establish in Power Transmission and Transformer Equipment (Intelligent Network) Industrial Park with the planned land area of 300 mu. It is positioned to attract and load precision machining, mold manufacturing, sensor and electronic information projects which match with Sensata.

Relying on the Phrase I and Phrase II projects of Junsheng in Fanshui, it makes extension to the north and east with the total planned land area of 1,000 mu. It is positioned to attract and load electronic information and new materials projects.

It is planned to establish in the north part of the development zone and on the north of Taiwanese Industrial Park with the total planned land area of 1,600 mu. It is positioned to attract and load major projects of pump valve fitting and pressure vessel business chain.

Relying on food distribution center, it makes extension to the north and east with the total planned land area of 700 mu. It is positioned to attract and load major projects of organic food manufacturing industry.

The park lies to the east of the exit of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in Baoying. Its planning area is 30 square kilometers. The park is composed of four functional sections i.e. information industry, Hi-Tech industry, light industry and comprehensive manufacture industry. 89 projects came into the Zone.

The park is made up of south and north, the two sections which are in the south part and north part of the county respectively. Its planning area is 20 square kilometers. 130 projects are in the park and 106 enterprises were established and are in operation. The standard factory workshops which have finished construction are 300,000 square kilometers, available for foreign investors to rent or purchase.

Located in the south part of the county, its planning area is 13 square kilometers. 62 projects are in the park and 53 enterprises were established and are in operation. The standard finished workshops of 100,000 square kilometers are available for foreign investors to rent or purchase.

Located to the north of Jiangsu Baoying Economic Development Zone, the park's planning area is 5 square kilometers and mainly for bringing in rising industries from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, America, and European countries.

Located in the west of the county, the park is close to the Great Channel with the planning area of 5 square kilometers. 50 projects came into the park and 42 enterprises have been established and in operation.

Approved by Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and other related government offices in 2006, the zone is the Core Area in Baoying for Organic Agriculture--the Experimental Area in Yangzhou for the Agriculture Cooperation between Taiwan and Inland China. The total area of the zone is 286 square kilometers and around the function orientation of "protect ecological environment, develop organic food, foster characteristic agriculture, develop sightseeing and tourism", six areas and one center are the construction emphasis, i.e. the Cultivating Area of Baoying Lake Crab, the Breeding Area of Fine Pigs, the Resort Area of Ecological Agriculture, the Planting Area of Organic Rice, the Planting Area of Green Vegetables, the Planting Area of Flowers and Fruits and the Research Center of Organic Agriculture Development. At present, there are more than 20 projects are set in the core area, including Zhong Baode Park Organic Farm, Xingtai Agriculture Company, Bailu Island Ecological Travel , Jin Lvjian Ecological Park, The Grand Canal Village, Fengyuan Small-eared Pig, etc.

Each town in our county has built industry sections with its own characteristics. The main sections are: teaching tool industry section in Caodian Town, the textile industry section in Fanshui Town, the automobile parts industry section in Wangzhi Town, the electronic potty and porcelain industry section in Liubao Town, the crystal craftwork industry section in Feng Town and the vitreous craftwork industry section in Xiaoguanzhuang Town.
